Our approach
Most developers buy land, sign up a builder and hope. We do the hard parts ourselves.
Our own licensed builder, LAP Construction, constructs every home we sell. Our own factory, LP Frames, rolls the light gauge steel frames those homes stand on. That means fewer hand-offs, fewer surprises and one team that answers for the result, from the first feasibility to the day the keys change hands.
We look at sites across New South Wales, from Sydney to growing regional towns. What we look for is the same everywhere: real demand for new homes, good schools and jobs nearby, and a site where a well-run project makes a visible difference.
Being privately owned, we can take a long view. We would rather deliver fewer homes properly than chase volume.
