LP Frames opens its line to other builders

Our steel frame plant at Gregory Hills was set up to supply our own projects. From October 2026 it also offers contract manufacturing: builders, detailers and framing companies send FRAMECAD production files, and LP Frames roll-forms, assembles and packs the frames, ready for collection at the gate.

The same production checks we use for our own homes apply to every customer job. Details and pricing at lpframes.au.

Revised Botanica masterplan submitted to council

In response to Orange City Council's requests for information, we have submitted a revised masterplan for Botanica. The new layout has 41 two-storey townhouses on three internal streets, with a community park around the mature trees at the centre of the site and landscaped reserves along the boundaries.

The application, DA 172/2026, remains under assessment. See the project.

LP Frames commits to its own FRAMECAD line

Rather than buy frames from others, we decide to manufacture them ourselves. LP Frames Pty Ltd signs for a FRAMECAD roll-forming line, the industry standard for light-gauge steel framing, so every home in our projects can be framed in-house to our own drawings and quality checks.

The line is manufactured to order and shipped from China in August, ahead of the factory set-up in Gregory Hills.
