A garden neighbourhood next to the Botanic Gardens
Botanica sits on the northern edge of the Orange Botanic Gardens, with the Orange Adventure Playground next door and the North Orange shopping centre a short walk away. The town centre is about 2.3 km to the south.
The masterplan turns its back on the main road. Homes face quiet internal streets lined with new trees, and the mature trees at the heart of the site are kept as a shared community park.
The townhouses are two storeys, under 8 metres high, in a simple contemporary style that sits comfortably with the low-scale houses around them. As with all our projects, they will be built by LAP Construction on steel frames from LP Frames.
